Okay, so a rough draft of the spreadsheet has been made. You can take a look at it here. Export is as a .xls spreadsheet to your own machine.In order to use it you need to first export your pt data as a .csv file and then paste it into the "data" sheet, and then adjust the formulas on "analysis" so that it gets all the data, and input the time and your 1 hr threshold wattage. Feedback is welcome and desired. I will be improving this as time goes on to make it more and more awesome.
